We are looking to hire a Business Development and Sales Consultant working across all three business platforms. You will be based on the ground in Cape Town.


Because we are technology businesses, you need to be comfortable working with tech yourself. However, we are also in the business of people where relationships are key. So you need to be a good communicator who is a strong relationship builder and possesses high levels of emotional intelligence.

As a member of our Growth Team, you would need the following attributes:

It is essential that you have a minimum of three years of validated success working within either the real estate industry or within a business-to-business SaaS (Software as a Service) sales context.


While we are living in a new and exciting digital age, when it comes to sales, the phone and face time are still your most powerful tools. So we need people who are keen to get on the phone and attend in-person meetings in order to make things happen and develop new meaningful client relationships across the sector.

We also operate in a highly relational industry and therefore we would need you to establish, nurture and grow business relationships over extended periods of time, leveraging the various businesses existing client relationship networks. Identification of cross-selling opportunities between client bases and related business offerings would be a core focus.

Ultimately, you would be expected to make a significant contribution towards us achieving our business growth and profitability objectives, through the acquisition of new customers.

We have a conveniently located office space in Newlands, Cape Town. We offer remote working and are highly geared for this with the latest systems and technology, and believe in the benefits of having flexible working hours.    

Salary and earning potential: Negotiable
